3.1 Voluntary Nature of Donations

All donations to Tufaane Infinity Brothers are entirely voluntary. By making a donation, you confirm that you are doing so of your own free will and without expectation of any tangible return.

Joystone Ministries is [a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. However, the Organization does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice, and donors are solely responsible for determining the tax implications of their contributions. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donation. Donation receipts or acknowledgment letters will be provided upon request or as required by applicable law.

3.3 Use of Donated Funds

Funds received through donations are applied at the sole discretion of Tufaane Infinity Brothers in accordance with our charitable mission. Donated funds may be used for programmatic activities, operational expenses, administrative costs, outreach, and any other purposes that support the Organization's mission. While we strive to allocate funds in alignment with specific campaign descriptions, we reserve the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest need within the Organization.

3.4 Refund Policy

As a general policy, all donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), please contact us within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of the Organization.

3.5 Third-Party Payment Processors

Donations may be processed through third-party platforms including, but not limited to, GoFundMe, PayPal, and Stripe. Tufaane Infinity Brothers is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or practices of any third-party payment processor. Any disputes, fees, processing errors, or issues arising from a third-party platform are governed by that platform's own terms of service and must be resolved directly with the platform. The Organization shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or failure caused by a third-party payment processor.
